If you’ve found your way here, perhaps you are standing in that tender threshold—the sacred space between what has been and what is yet to come. I know this place well. I’ve walked through seasons of unraveling and rebirth, of letting go and beginning again, learning that transformation is rarely loud or sudden. It often begins in the quiet—the moment we pause long enough to hear the soft call of our own becoming.

My name is Jennifer Carey, and I created Soulstice as a sacred space for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and reimagine life with more grace, courage, and freedom. The name is inspired by the solstice—those luminous turning points in nature when the light shifts and the earth pauses to breathe. Just as the earth pauses between seasons, we too are invited to honor our own cycles of stillness and renewal, trusting that each ending holds the promise of new light.

Through sound healing, retreats, and soul-centered gatherings, I hold space for women to soften into themselves again—to release what no longer fits, to listen for what is real, and to return home to the rhythm of their own hearts.

Soulstice was created as an invitation - a gentle way of remembering, a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that’s already within you.
