Kairos Has Arrived: A Sacred Sound for the Soul’s Voice
There are moments in life that feel divinely timed - when something ancient and luminous finds its way to you, not by accident, but by alignment. That’s how Kairos came into my life.
While wandering through the red rock portals and sacred energy vortexes of Sedona, I wasn’t looking for anything in particular. But as it often happens in sacred spaces, something found me. In a quiet sound temple tucked between the juniper trees and the red rocks, I met her: a luminous, radiant amethyst platinum Crystal Tones alchemy bowl infused with the energetic frequency of the throat chakra - the center of truth, expression, and soul-aligned communication.
I named her Kairos - a Greek word meaning the right, opportune, or divinely appointed time. Unlike chronos, which tracks minutes and hours, kairos marks those sacred windows when life breaks open and spirit speaks. And that’s exactly what this bowl represents.
Kairos carries the frequency of the throat chakra - governing voice, clarity, expression, and authentic truth-telling. When she sings, it’s not just sound. It’s invitation. It’s healing. It’s the gentle unraveling of all the ways we’ve silenced ourselves, edited our emotions, or swallowed our truth. Her tone pierces through stagnation with grace, clearing energetic blockages and calling forth the voice of the soul.
Each time I tone with Kairos, I feel a return - not to who I was, but to the truth of who I’ve always been beneath the noise. She is gentle but clear. She speaks with presence. Her resonance is both a balm and a bell, reminding us that our words hold power, and our stories are worthy of being sung.
I’ll be incorporating Kairos into upcoming sound healing sessions, retreats, and private ceremonies, especially for women who are ready to step into their authentic voice, speak their sacred truth, and live more aligned with their inner knowing.
Whether you’ve been holding back your voice or simply longing to reconnect with it, Kairos and I are here to hold space for that return. Because the world doesn’t just need more noise - it needs your truth.
Come experience her resonance. Come speak your truth.

Recommendations:
If you ever find yourself in Sedona and feel called to connect with a crystal bowl of your own, I highly recommend visiting Tara Kaur at the Sedona Crystal Temple in Oak Creek Village. She is a beautiful and intuitive guide who creates sacred space for you to listen, connect, and receive with intention. There's no rush—just resonance. Each visit with her is a ceremony in itself.
