Soul Notes
When I’m not leading retreats or holding space for others, you’ll often find me savoring the quieter rhythms of life - cooking something comforting, planning my next adventure, exploring new destinations, or lingering at a local winery with good conversation and a view. My dog, Jeremiah, is rarely far from my side and reminds me daily to stay present, play often, and rest well.
These are the simple joys that steady my heart and keep my soul in tune - a reminder that meaning is often found not in the extraordinary, but in the beautiful, ordinary moments of everyday life.

My Story
Jennifer Carey is a sound healing practitioner, retreat curator, and spiritual guide based in North Georgia. Her work is devoted to helping women move through life’s transitions with grace—inviting renewal, stillness, and soulful reconnection along the way.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Emory University and is certified in Spiritual Direction through the Haden Institute. She is also a certified crystal bowl sound healer and trained circle facilitator, weaving together sacred listening, sound, and community as pathways to healing and wholeness.
Before founding Soulstice Wellness Retreats, Jennifer spent years in the hospitality industry, where her experience as a restaurant owner deepened her passion for gathering people around beauty, nourishment, and belonging. Today, that same spirit infuses every retreat and offering she creates.
Through Soulstice, Jennifer curates spaces where women can pause, breathe, and remember what is true. Her retreats, sound baths, and circles are invitations to release what no longer fits, rediscover the wisdom within, and live in rhythm with the soul.
At the heart of Jennifer’s work is a simple truth: her work invites women to trust their own becoming and to live with greater presence, courage, and peace.
