Jennifer’s life is shaped by simple, meaningful rhythms—cooking for people she loves, creating beautiful spaces to gather, and dreaming up travels that often become future retreat destinations inspired by places where she’s found peace and healing. She has a love for interior design and sourcing thoughtful details for projects and events, paying attention to how space shapes how people feel. Her dog, Jeremiah, keeps her grounded in the basics: be present, play a little, and rest when needed. Holding space for others begins with how she tends her own life and the environments she creates.

Jennifer Carey is a sound healing practitioner, retreat curator, and spiritual guide based in North Georgia. Her work is devoted to helping women move through life’s transitions with grace - inviting renewal, stillness, and soulful reconnection along the way.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Emory University and is certified in Spiritual Direction through the Haden Institute. She is also a certified crystal bowl sound healer and trained in circle facilitation through the Root to Rise Circle Facilitator Program (IICT approved course) offered by Terra Ziva Consulting & Education. Her work weaves together sacred listening, sound, and community, creating spaces that invite healing, reflection, and wholeness.
Before founding Soulstice Wellness Retreats, Jennifer spent years in the hospitality industry, where her experience as a restaurant owner deepened her passion for gathering people around nourishment, beauty, and belonging. Today, that same spirit infuses every retreat and offering she creates.
Through Soulstice, Jennifer curates spaces where women can pause, breathe, and remember what is true. Her retreats, sound baths, and circles are invitations to release what no longer fits, rediscover the wisdom within, and live in rhythm with the soul.
